Life doesn’t allow for us to go back and fix what we have done wrong in the past, but it does allow us to live each day better than our last.

Life doesn’t allow for us to go back and fix what we have done wrong in the past, but it does allow us to live each day better than our last.

KATHY’S TREEHOUSE

Wouldn’t you like to have a Command/Control Z function in life?

The ability to instantly undo things in our digital world has only further accentuated our desire to have the same in real life.

We have all made a statement that we might wish to retract the moment it comes out of our lips. We have done things we wish we might not have done… and expected things from others that we should never have expected.

Sadly, (or perhaps not sadly), life does not afford us the chance to undo a moment, experience, or event, regardless of all desire to do so. This leaves us feeling as if we are walking the high wire without a net. One mistake and we fall to whatever peril awaits us below.

With each and every moment such as this, our internal experience library expands with new information, new understanding (presumably) and new abilities to approach the next situations with a greater ability to process them in advance, review our prior data and act differently when similar circumstances present themselves.

Our ability to self improve, predicated upon life lessons, could not be more important, nor more valuable to our overall ability to succeed personally and professionally.

If we remain dedicated to this perspective, we are all the more likely to live a happier and healthier life.

The only person worth surpassing… is yourself.

Happy Friday!

I’m Brian
