What vibrational frequency do you operate at?
The conservation of mass/energy states that matter/energy cannot be created or destroyed but only transformed from one state into another. This means that matter can change forms. For example, when wood burns, the mass of the soot, ashes, and gases equals the original mass of the charcoal and the oxygen.
However, when matter is pulled into a black hole, it will be torn apart into its smallest subatomic components and eventually be squeezed into the singularity.
Given that we and everything around us are made of stardust, it follows that we are a continuous extension of countless other iterations of whatever that stardust had been prior to formulating into the physical corpuscle that we call our body, our mind, our essence.
When we are able to grasp this concept, and visualize the truth behind it, we are left with no other explanation for our being than we are light energy that continues to vibrate in human form during our entire existence.
This commonality between all of us should be enough to bring humanity together as a force for our overall survival. Yet, the disparity of the human personalities continually create divisions and falsely perceived exceptions to the rule.
In those exceptions come all of the conflict, emotional energy expenditures and variables that make up a life fully explored.
When you are able to stare up into the universe at night and witness the billions of stars above, never lose sight that you and they are the same, just vibrating at different frequencies, and performing different functions at this moment in time.
