Expect problems and eat them for breakfast.

Expect problems and eat them for breakfast.

ALFRED A. MONTAPERT

Do you wake up expecting controversy?

If you are working through life, using the Law of Attraction, you are continuously vibrating the exact opposite message/expectation. Yet, even with those resources at one’s disposal, the necessity to wake up with the prerequisite energy to tackle whatever the day brings, could not be more important.

If the tumult of your daily existence is in balance within your mindset, you are more capable of foreseeing that which lies ahead, and processing the circumstances such that you are ready and empowered to deal with them as efficiently and as effectively and you may.

Your presence of mind could not be more important, as you embrace the day and formulate your “go forward” strategies. As quickly as we are certain to have our “game face” on, we are facing a new day with new issues that will inevitably arise.

If we understand that they are a part of our existence, we might be less overwhelmed at their unannounced, unceremonious presence. In that moment, we have the choice of taking them on, and resolving them, or retreating into a defensive posture and wishing and hoping that they will just magically go away.

Seldom, if ever, does that happen. Rather, a problem left untended has a propensity to grow in scope and friction.

When we are truly on our game, they are minor hurdles to overcome. We see them for the irritation factor they present, but we do not elevate them to an unnecessary status that is unwarranted.

Problems are merely obstacles for us to grow, improve, and cultivate our capabilities, through whatever tools, resources, circumstances and mindsets we are able to leverage at our disposal.

Using these elements, our problems are reduced from ominous mountains, to speed bumps over which we travel with minimal friction and effort.

Once we understand and fully embrace this mindset, we find ourselves empowered with newfound strength, courage and tenacity.

It only requires the impetus of knowing that “you got this,” in order to prevail.

Eat that perspective for breakfast, daily, and you will excel beyond your wildest dreams.

Happy Tuesday!
