Destroy the old you, before it destroys you.

Is there a chapter of your life that you may wish to leave behind?

I believe most people have had a few moments where the qualities of whom they had become (up to that point) were not up to par with whom they wished to grow into.

Whether they were not eating healthy foods, or not exercising, not studying, not building the foundation for a happy future, in the wrong relationships, raised in a difficult household, subject to bullies in school or countless other negative variables, there is usually a chapter in everyone’s life that they wished to evolve out of.

Many find the courage to do this, while others recoil backwards into a safety cocoon in which they shelter themselves from the internal voices necessary to galvanize their courage and determination to ultimately pursue their greater calling in life.

When we find ourselves caught in the negative cycle of one of those circumstances, we are at first a bit delusional about what the experience is causing us to say, do or feel.

Eventually, the weight of the negative ramifications of such experiences weigh too heavily upon us, causing us to summon the courage and determination to change the course of our lives by facing the issue head on and making the proper moves to extricate ourselves from such intense issues.

Whether you are dealing with a food, substance or emotional enslavement, you are wise to seek counsel of others who have lived the same fear and deprivation that you are suffering through, and utilize their confidence in your ability to rise above such a circumstance, and literally change your fate. The use of sponsors in such programs is one of the most effective, because in speaking to someone who has prevailed over similar or identical circumstances, we find a greater courage to draw upon than being preached to by someone who has never experienced that which we ourselves are suffering through.

Being caught up in a vicious cycle of behavior, we are in our greatest need to find the right resources to break the cycle which we are feeling imprisoned within, and instead, replace that with a definitive plan to ratchet up our resources and tackle those variables head on through behavior modification, counseling and a deep determination to make certain that we are consciously working to elevate our consciousness and thereby release ourselves from continuously being imprisoned by our prior circumstances in order that we may ultimately evolve into a more luminous future.

Happy Saturday!
