It is a shame for a person to grow old, without seeing the beauty and strength of which their body is capable.

It is a shame for a person to grow old, without seeing the beauty and strength of which their body is capable.

Do you know the strength to which your body is capable?

How far have you tested your expectations?

When you tested them, did you live up to what you had projected you were capable of or did you exceeded that or fall shy of the mark?

When we are comfortable learning the physical parameters of our existence, we will quickly find ourselves recalibrating all that we have anticipated we were capable of.

For as soon as we discover one particular threshold has been conquered, another one takes its place, and we continue to rise exponentially as best as we may.

When we are enabled to thrive across all of our respective categories, we are more likely to discover that we are more malleable than we might have originally anticipated. In this newfound discovery, we are all the more capable of convincing ourselves that whatever benchmark we have just achieved, was just one more rung on the ladder of our greatest potential success.

In this discovery, we become that much more enlightened of our respective strength, thereby facilitating our ability to grow exponentially.

Conversely, if we are continuously convincing ourselves of our substantially compromised ability to perform to expectation, we are most likely to miss some of the greatest potential catalytic opportunities for us to grow in new found directions, and as a result, achieve our greatest strength and capability.

It is only through our respective skills that we can discover how truly potent we are, and draw upon those valuable lessons in order that we might ultimately prevail over circumstances that were previously daunting.

When we are capable of looking backwards at the countless road markers that we have passed in our respective quest to succeed, we are readily empowered to go that much further.

Recognizing how far east one has traveled, allows one the power to travel further east.

Happy Thursday!
