Is your desire to be kind, a way of life or is it solely a strategy?

When we are evolving over the course of a lifetime, we are bound to discover how far being kind can potentially take us.

In that period of time are we more likely to recognize this for the core truth that it is and adopt kindness as a way of life or are we more inclined to leverage this understanding solely into a life strategy, or both?

We instinctively grow closer to those who express their kindness in small ways, such that we are continuously gravitating towards their positive energy and, subsequent favorable conditions.

That said, have you ever had someone who was being overly gracious and suspiciously kind in order that they might take advantage of your favorable impression of them so that they might profit or move forward in some category of life?

Our desire to gravitate towards people of kind intentions is a natural occurrence which stems predominantly from our determination to spend our lives in warm and inviting circumstances.

Our willingness to extend ourselves to someone who continuously exhibits these qualities, diminishes proportionate to our belief that their perspective and attitude is entirely a performance for our behalf.

The more that we sense that this behavior is a calculated construct designed to curry favor from us, the less merit it carries in our overall estimation of that party.

Our continuous desire to improve our life circumstances, increases those feelings of disappointment when we are left with the impression that, all or most of it was disingenuous in the first place.

We instinctively gravitate towards honesty and genuine expressions of positive emotion in others. We cannot help but smile internally when we see this expression of selflessness portrayed in the world in which we live because it reinforces those qualities about life and fortifies our desire to spend ours in a world that exhibits such behavior.

That is the reason you reacted so positively to the image for today’s aphorism. In this simple example, your emotional triggers are sparked by a visual that exemplifies kindness, tenderness and open love.

If this picture caused you to feel this way, then it is a simple leap of faith to realize that our continuous behavior must reflect the same in order for others to feel similarly about us.

Attract people to your world who appreciate this quality in you and live up to their expectations with regularity and sincerity.

Happy Monday!
