Lessons From The Mountain
A fact is information minus emotion. An opinion is information plus experience. Ignorance is an opinion lacking information. And, stupidity is an opinion that ignores a fact.
A man does what he must in spite of personal consequences, in spite of obstacles and dangers and pressures- and that is the basis of all human morality.
A satisfied life is better than a successful life. Our success is measured by others, but our satisfaction is measured by our own soul, mind and heart.
You don’t see souls with your eyes. You feel them with your heart.
Never wish them pain. That’s not who you are. If they caused you pain, they must have pain inside. Wish them healing.
The day will come when you will look back to realize that all along you were blooming.
One of the best signs of your growth is seeing yourself no longer worried, bothered or hurt by the things that once used to drain you.
Never change to be accepted by others. Stay weird.
The suffering begins at the very moment one starts to consider something as, “this is mine.“
Stay true to yourself, yet always be open to learn. Work hard, and never give up on your dreams, even when nobody else believes they can come true but you. These are not cliches but real tools you need no matter what you do in life to stay focused on your path.
