If people don’t make an effort to be in your life, don’t try so hard to be in theirs. It’s not worth it.
What most people call power, Buddhists call cravings. They are wealth, fame, sex, fancy food and lots of sleep. In Buddhism, five true powers are faith, diligence, mindfulness, concentration and insight. These five powers are the foundation of real happiness.

Let people make fun of you. Who fucking cares? Start a new career at 40. Pole dance at 60. Learn how to roller skate at 80. Start a whole new life at 70. Stop saying you can’t. You can and you should.
If your communication is not constructive, then you’ve lost the whole point of communicating.
Learn to enjoy being alone because no one will stay forever.
I stopped explaining myself when I realized that people only understand from their level of perception.
