Focus on your healing and growth. The right people for you will grow closer, and the wrong further away. Work on you, for you. In all ways, always.
Instead of saying “I don’t have time,” try saying “It’s not a priority” and see how that feels.
For me, it’s not about the wins and losses. It’s about helping these young lads be the best person they can, on and off the field.
When you see something beautiful in someone, tell them. It may take a second to say, but for them it may last a lifetime.
Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you, becomes your trademark.
There will always be more to do.
The mystery of life isn’t a problem to solve, but a reality to experience. A process that cannot be understood by stopping it. We must move with the flow of the process. We must join it. We must flow with it.
At times, your mind might take longer to come to terms with something your heart understands right away. This means deep down, your thoughts might need more time to process and accept it.
You are the books you read, the films you watch, the music you listen to, the people you spend time with, and the conversations you engage in. Choose wisely what you feed your mind.
Don’t waste words on people who deserve your silence.
