Do you have the patience to wait until your mud settles, and the water is clear? Can you remain unmoving until the right action arises by itself?

LAO TZU
As circumstances grow evermore confusing and details are muddied by the lack of clarity that stems from a cacophony, how is it possible to achieve perspective that stems from clarity?
We cannot change the external variables that create the distortion. They are out of our control and deliver far more confusion than we might at first imagine. With each layer of distortion arises the new confusion sitting atop the prior confusion, escalating with greater frequency until such time that nothing appears with any degree of clarity.
My life experience has taught me that the only truth is the one that comes in silence. The silence of shutting all of the distortion layers off, and getting focused on the only elements that are real and viable. In that stillness, the answers do appear.
They may not be what you want to hear, nor will they necessarily be that which you want to do. The likelihood is that they will be what you must do, in order to get through the distortion and back onto solid ground.
When life has delivered you to such a moment, and you are having an increasing turmoil from which to navigate, I believe your only solution is to find your way to a safe zone, get focused and look deep within.
Your answers are there waiting for you. You just need to connect with them so that you have an understanding of what it will really take for you to implement them into your plan of action.
Happy Tuesday!
