I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness the astonishing light of your own being.

After nine months of lockdown, I can see that depression is becoming more rampant than ever before. Fears of unemployment and inability to make rent or pay bills are overwhelming people on both sides of the aisle.

Taking a few moments to reach out to someone in your world who is struggling and sharing some kindness on this beautiful Sunday is a wonderful act of humanity to employ.

When things get tough, it is hard sometimes to hold a mental posture of stability in the face of overwhelming variables. But underneath it all, lies the true beauty of everyone’s character, just waiting for someone to remember, notice and mention it.

Never lose sight of the values in life that are worth treasuring, and never give up on yourself when you have so much yet to offer❤️

When I was 5 years old, I discovered that the lemon tree in the backyard + dixie cups + water and sugar and I was in business. I have been hooked on that ever since.
