Never underestimate the power of a positive thought on a difficult day.

Never underestimate the power of a positive thought on a difficult day.

Can one positive thought really make a difference?

How can something so apparently innocuous, carry impact of such magnitude?

Is it a possibility that consciousness is impacting reality on levels that we are not fully aware of?

Whenever I hear somebody talking about optimism, and the power of positive thinking, I cannot help but reflect on the countless experiences I have personally lived through in which a single positive thought delivered results far above and beyond anything that I might have hope for.

If we are truly in accord with this overall thought process, we would be prudent to monitor both our thoughts and our spoken words to minimize anything negative that passes through our overall day.

This attention to detail, and this willingness to recognize that our mental faculties carry such a driving force behind the circumstances in our world, could not be more appropriate, nor more valuable.

For in this simple understanding, we are empowered to engage with our deeper reservoir of resources in order that we might summon the necessary influence to conjure the greater events on our daily, weekly and monthly timeline.

You might retort that all of this is solely philosophical and carries no true, measurable weight in reality, and I would point you to the tests in quantum physics in which consciousness is registered as an impactful force on the outcomes of highly tested and repeatable experiments using dual photon guns.

When we are finally in accord with the fact that consciousness does impact reality, we are incredibly hard-pressed not to leverage such an immutable force to our greatest personal and professional advantage.

So the next time that you are having an off the day, sit for a minute and focus on something incredibly positive and allow that energy to transmit throughout your awareness and your reality, in order that it might work its magic to your benefit.

Happy Tuesday!

When I was 5 years old, I discovered that the lemon tree in the backyard + dixie cups + water and sugar and I was in business. I have been hooked on that ever since. In 1979, I borrowed $14,000 to create a brand new product... photographic greeting cards with no text on the inside, called Paradise Photography. That was the start of The Illusion Factory. Since then, The Illusion Factory has been entrusted by all of the major studios and broadcasters with the advertising and marketing of over $7 billion in filmed, live, broadcast, gaming, AR, VR and regulated gaming forms of entertainment, generating more than $100 Billion in revenue and 265 awards for creativity and technology for our clients. When I took a break from film school at UCLA to move to Hawaii, my mother did not lecture me. Instead, she took 150 of her favorite aphorisms and in her beautiful calligraphy, wrote them artistically throughout a blank journal. That is the origin of the Lessons from the Mountain series. Since then, on my journeys to the top of a mountain to watch the sunrise, I have spent countless hours contemplating words of wisdom from the sages of all races, genders and political persuasions, constantly accumulating the thoughts to guide me on my life path. I hope you enjoy my books. Please let me know your thoughts, as I highly value your feedback!
