You’ve made a far greater impression on other people than you may have ever imagined.

You’ve made a far greater impression on other people than you may have ever imagined.

There’s someone out there who still remembers that look in your eye when you were young and completely joyous about something that was magical to you.

And another who still smiles secretly about something special you shared with them and no-one else.

One who giggles every time they reflect back on a moment you two spent in which you said or did something precious to them.

The person who took your counsel on that important day in their life when everything turned around in their favor.

The one who remembers when you made a personal sacrifice to enable them to have something that was rightfully yours.

The one who attended that event with you when things did not quite work out as expected, but in the end, all things worked out anyway.

The one who took an adventure with you and trusted in your ability to be the right partner for that experience.

Someone who has silently admired you from afar, but never shared those feelings with you.

Another who secretly smiles as a result of the heartfelt compliment you paid them.

The times you have spent with others logs an infinite amount of memories. Some treasured, some forgotten, until a tiny spark brings it instantly back to life, as if it were yesterday.

You are not only your physical being, you are a collection of vibrations that you have cast upon the world, each with its unique qualities.

Your vibrations are every bit as much you, as you, yourself. They will outlive you as they rest in the minds of others and will carry your presence on this planet long after you have stopped walking it.

Your presence is significant. You may not understand it. You may even doubt it. But it is every bit as real as your actual being.

Sometimes we feel very small and unimportant. Sometimes we doubt the validity of who we are and whom we are becoming.

But at the end of the day, it is our vibrational frequencies that will ultimately define us and create our immortality.

Take that extra moment and make someone giggle, pay them a compliment, smile warmly so they feel it deep within, reach out and let them know they matter, give them a giant hug, encourage them to be everything they wish for and more.

Only in those actions are you actually achieving that which is most important in life. Only in those actions are you truly giving your best performance in this 3 dimensional playground that we all inhabit.

Happy Tuesday!

When I was 5 years old, I discovered that the lemon tree in the backyard + dixie cups + water and sugar and I was in business. I have been hooked on that ever since. In 1979, I borrowed $14,000 to create a brand new product... photographic greeting cards with no text on the inside, called Paradise Photography. That was the start of The Illusion Factory. Since then, The Illusion Factory has been entrusted by all of the major studios and broadcasters with the advertising and marketing of over $7 billion in filmed, live, broadcast, gaming, AR, VR and regulated gaming forms of entertainment, generating more than $100 Billion in revenue and 265 awards for creativity and technology for our clients. When I took a break from film school at UCLA to move to Hawaii, my mother did not lecture me. Instead, she took 150 of her favorite aphorisms and in her beautiful calligraphy, wrote them artistically throughout a blank journal. That is the origin of the Lessons from the Mountain series. Since then, on my journeys to the top of a mountain to watch the sunrise, I have spent countless hours contemplating words of wisdom from the sages of all races, genders and political persuasions, constantly accumulating the thoughts to guide me on my life path. I hope you enjoy my books. Please let me know your thoughts, as I highly value your feedback!
