People are so afraid to stand out, they will sacrifice their own dreams to be accepted.
How important is it to you to fit in?
As you are part of a community of people, does your need to be homogenous with them supersede your own desires to accelerate into a world of your own making and choosing?
One of the great human qualities is the internal desire to excel and to differentiate ourselves from all of the others, through whatever methodology illuminates our internal fuel and passion.
Our knowledge and understanding of these qualities of ourselves becomes the impetus for our ultimate acceleration into the undiscovered territory.
In this space we are able to awaken to our higher being, which is directly moving towards our ultimate internal goals and desires.
But, what if that which connects for us, is judged partially by the community in which we live?
At what point does our own pursuit of individuality, get overshadowed by judgments made by those surrounding us?
When does their perspective carry more weight than our internal desire for self realization and actualization?
If we are continuously pursuing that deep fire in the belly that refuses to be extinguished, we are on the track to our own quotient for happiness…which is imperative in order that we might ultimately feel as if we have achieved a life well-lived.
In navigating the balance between being true to oneself and being accepted by others, we must opt for the path that is best suited for our greater purpose.
This might ultimately differentiate ourselves from our peers, and in the course of doing so, may alienate a few along the way.
It goes without question that our internal desire to ultimately realize our highest potential must inevitably reign paramount over all other options if we are truly ready, willing and capable of achieving our highest degree of accomplishment.
To do anything less would be stealing thunder from our own parade and life is too precious to accept anything less than giving the sum total of our capabilities, whilst pursuing the wishes and dreams to which we most aspire.
Happy Sunday!
