A beautiful heart will bring things into your life that all the money in the world couldn’t get you.

A beautiful heart will bring things into your life that all the money in the world couldn’t get you.
John and Paul once said, “Money can’t buy me love.”
If you have the warmth inside that is capable of spreading through your thoughts, deeds, actions, smiles, behaviors and words, you have the true keys to the magic kingdom.
Your continuous presence illuminates others in ways that you cannot possibly project.
Think back to your childhood, to someone who was always full of joy and appreciation for life. When you reflect, did you always look forward to seeing them? Do they occupy a very warm spot in your heart? If you are asked to deliver three anecdotes about who they were in your childhood, does each story contain a moment of genuine kindness?
Once you have determined that you are going to live your life as such a person, you are on track to deliver a continuous stream of reflections that others will carry, like jewels within their hearts, each a resplendent reflection on how you touched them emotionally.
Society is highly influential as to how people communicate. As society evolves, so do the communication patterns. When I was a kid, I do not recall men or boys in my world (who were not my relatives) telling me that they love me. It would have stood out as awkward. Decades later my friends and I always tell each other that we love each other. Men did not give each other a real hug (relatives excluded) when I was a child. Now, it is commonplace.
I personally think these societal mores have evolved in a very positive way. You can trace it back to the hippies and the love generation of the 60’s which was so counterculture when I was a little kid. They started espousing these values and it took decades, but eventually a chunk of society has adopted them into the overall culture, and I could not be happier about that.
As I spent the decades building The Illusion Factory, our world was always highly competitive. What I love about Web 3 and the new wave it is ushering in, is that collaboration is the word of the day. There are so many tech companies, one might at first envision the world as a mass of competition and conflict. What I have discovered, as an early pioneer in the space, is that sharing a very small piece of a very large pie, is much more profitable, friendly and opportune, than ruling a solo fiefdom in which we are the only player trying to guard all the turrets from potential invaders.
To prove this both to myself and to others, I launched a website, https://Consortium.VIP, at the end of 2022. In that site, I am directly listing companies who would have been competition in early years. Instead, given that we have invented a platform that is capable of putting all of the other companies together in a ready to use, easy to operate system called Sizzle, I have made great friends out of would be competitors. I have sent them business, delivered core relationships that I have nurtured, with no fear whatsoever. I work regularly to embrace others, build friendships, use LinkedIn to connect with thousands of new people and my life has grown exponentially richer. This has zero to do with revenue, and everything to do with the warmth and camaraderie of friendship and mutual trust.
When you come from a warm space, and you walk the talk, others can feel it. When you work to genuinely help others, and demonstrate you really want to be their friend, your personal wealth grows exponentially.
Try it today. Reach out and do something extra kind for someone else. Just because.
Happy Tuesday!
