Let go of anger. Let go of pride. When you are bound by nothing, you go beyond sorrow.

How many different ways do your emotions constrain you?
It is very easy for each of us to believe in our heightened state of emotion, that we are always clear of mind and rational thought, but is that always the case?
Emotions have a definitive method of exaggerating reality in countless ways.
We work to make the most sound decisions we may possibly opt for, and yet, there are times when we are unquestionably making an influenced decision, predicated upon variables or emotions that we are not truly taking into consideration, as we make these choices.
How do we best achieve the even state of mind to resolve these circumstances? We do so, by intentionally filtering our thoughts with a particular angle towards understanding how or why the sadness or fury deep within us may be causing us to make less than fully considered decisions.
When we are working through our daily schedule, we are making hundreds of decisions per day, most of which are subconsciously made, and have very little bearing on our overall existence.
Yet, when we find ourselves, in a very tough position, we are far more prone to enable the frame of mind that we are in, to color our decision, and increase the probability that any determination we are making at that moment may not be as fully considered, had we given it ample time to filter through a less emotional frame of reference.
In order to achieve stasis in life, trying to take one step away from where our emotional vibrations are taking us, and allowing for deeper contemplation, under more neutral circumstances, must be a priority in our arsenal of resources, to make the very best of our experiences in life.
Happy Wednesday!
